House call investigations

8 hour minimum

Residential locations: $250 per 8 hours

Commercial locations: $350 per 8 hours

SERVICE PACKAGE ENCOMPASSES:

additional cost may vary & under certain circumstances may include:

Travel accommodations within reason ( ie. percentage of flight / lodging cost ) for any locations beyond a 1000-mile radius of New York

All travel accommodations will be quoted and agreed upon in investigation contract.

PRE-INVESTIGATION:

A non- refundable retainer fee amounting to 50% of total rate is mandatory to reserve service.
The remaining balance is due on the day of departure, with the exact amount and date specified in the signed contract, which will be mutually agreed upon prior to confirmation.
All necessary waivers and contracts must be completed and submitted within the time frame specified in the initial email communication.
Confirmation email including all reservation details is to be reviewed, any changes must be made within 48 hours from being sent in order to ensure validity.
Remote interviews & historical analysis is performed by FPT team.

POST-INVESTIGATION:

~ Connection to available third party resources

~ Discounted rate of next investigation, FPT sourced equipment & FPT merchandise

~ Team & Investigation updates

~ Give away offers & Limited time Program perks

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE:

Cancellations and investigation rescheduling must be made minimum , 2 weeks in advance of scheduled date.
Any revisions of arrangement made after 2 weeks may incur additional fee that equal 25% of total rate.
Policy waivers are submitted and signed before service confirmation outlining all necessary details.
All changes made will result in additional confirmation process outlined in Pre-investigation section.
